MEET OUR COACHES

 

 

Lee is proud to be part of the founding team at Orangetheory Wellington South - London. As Head Trainer, Lee has made it his personal goal to build a strong team of Coaches and a culture of going the "extra mile" for our members. His background includes Personal Training, Nutrition, Lifestyle Coaching, and Group Exercise Instruction. You will have the opportunity to learn from Lee as your coach and work beside him in the 'Orange-Zone' as he is a regular participant at our studio. In addition to Coaching, Lee works part-time as a Realtor in London and spends his free time playing hockey or golf and camping with his family; Natalie, Lleyton and Blue!
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn to keep up with my dad - the fittest guy i know! I want to be able to be able to bring my son fishing just like my dad did with me, that means walking, climbing, and rowing till we are the only people for miles around!
And, what can I say, I'm a little vain; I burn for my beach muscles too!
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
I've acquired a taste for red wine and not a day goes by where I miss my bowl of cereal (but I usually don't enjoy them together)!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I can't get enough rowing! But my favorite exercises are Single Arm Dumbbell Swings and TRX Hamstring Curls!
Tiniah is excited to be part of the first Orangetheory Fitness - London location. She is passionate about helping members, of all fitness levels, achieve their goals (whether its to simply stay fit or to train for an event).Tiniah finds it extremely rewarding to watch members succeed in their goals and ultimately find a healthier lifestyle. She enjoys working with the community and watching the OTF family grow! In her free time, she likes to travel, be outside, try new activities (such as archery tag or axe throwing!), taste/make new recipes, and beat her personal bests in the gym. Some of Tiniah's fitness goals include doing pull-ups without assistance, completing a Tough Mudder race, and to one day compete on stage!
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for the thrill of the challenge. For that sore feeling you get after a great workout. For a fit and healthy lifestyle. Most of all, I burn for FUN!
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
If I'm being completely honest... Food and Netflix are my guilty pleasures. Love them both. Especially together :D
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I don't have a favourite. I love them all, or learn to love them as they come!
Juan enjoys every aspect of personal fitness, whether its flexibility training, weight
training, or cardiovascular endurance. It is his goal to ensure that all members receive the best he has to offer in order for each individual to reach and even exceed their fitness goals!
 
Juan has been active physically for over 15 years and loves to share his passion for fitness with others. With a strong background in health and fitness, he hopes to share his enthusiasm and passion for healthy active living with you!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
